We offer Project, Bundle, and Hourly based pricing.

Why Project based?

Project based pricing keeps everything simple, ethical and easy..
With project based pricing, we scope out the desire/issue, write up a scope of work, and upon receiving signatures/deposit, start on the work.

Unless something was grossly miscommunicated, there are no “hidden charges” or “adjustments” and in a decade of doing project based work, only two projects were grossly miscommunicated so you can feel confident that what you are quoted, is what you will pay.

Additionally, there is a six month make it right guarantee.
—If the scope legitimately misses a scenario, the customization will be fixed, for free.

Bundles? What?

For a yearly fee, you gain access to all bundles that have already been completed.

We offer a user guide and will install/set-up for a small set-up fee, per bundle, but any competent NetSuite administrator should be able to follow the user guide and not incur an additional set-up fee.
Finally, the price you join will be the price as long as you maintain NetSuite, no increases.

New bundles come out on a regular cadence, roughly one every six months, and are always included in your contract.

Hourly Pricing.

As stated earlier, project based is more ethical simply because hourly based pricing encourages inflated hours and penalizes experience, but sometimes you just need someone to ‘mind the store’ and ensure things are working.

Current hourly rate is $150/hour with discounts being offered based on industry and work being completed.

Retainers
We do offer retainer pricing for customers who need quick responses and access to solutions without going through the regular Project scope and do not want to receive constant invoices for hourly work. Email us at sales@suitelyoutsourced.com, and we can work out a retainer agreement.

Note, hours do not roll over in any situation.
Retainers are piece of mind for you to know that you will always have an expert who will respond/fix the issue within hours, not someone who sold discounted hours to be used later.
